Condor International School is a very good school. I took admission with bit of apprehension as it was a new school. The management & principal are very approachable, lot of individual support is provided to all children during support period everyday & a couple of Saturdays every month. Infrastructure is good. I spoke to other parents during sports day. All of them seemed to be satisfied.
The school’s coordinators are qualified, experienced, committed to and knowledgeable about the programmes they lead, and have then ability to inspire both students and staff. The curriculum of the school is well designed keeping in mind the age of the students. There is neither a pressure of studies, neither is it too lenient. They even have Visual and Performing Arts- Music and Movement, Music, Dance Drama, Visual Art and they are taught as an integral part of the curricular programme as Candor believes that the arts add the emotional and creative dimension to learning. Being assessed courses ensures that their importance is never minimized.
Any student who has been identified as specially inclined to any of the Arts will be monitored and recommended for specialized training.
If you have a child that is about to start his or her first year of preschool in Corona, then there are some things that you can do to help he or she be more prepared for the experience. This can be a big change for a lot of children, and that can be jarring for kids of such a young age. You want this to be a positive experience for your child, so consider the following tips to make things more comfortable:
- Take the route to the school: Start building the habit that will happen when school starts. If this will necessitate a change in getting up, then you need to institute that as soon as possible. You will also want to drive or walk to the school multiple times. This will help your child feel comfortable with the familiar route, rather than anxious when a big change comes.
- Get a friend in the class: It can be very helpful for shy children to have a person in their class that they already know and like. Talk to the friends of your child and see if they are interested in signing their child up for the same preschool in
You are a parent, and surely encouraging your child to do better is definitely one of your mottos. Why? Because, while, it is one thing to ask your child to read; it’s more effective to inspire them to read.
The same goes with encouraging your child to channelize the art within them. In school, children constantly produce different types and styles of artwork. What happens to these artworks that your child has produced? Often the smaller pieces end up decorating the refrigerator until there’s something more exciting to replace it. What happens to the rest? They are either completely discarded or placed in a location that might be explored when cleaning.
Displaying your children’s artwork celebrates your children’s achievements and gives them a sense of pride while boosting their confidence. It encourages them to continue to pursue art for the sake of creating artwork. I have found that as children grow older, artistic endeavors tend to fade away, unless it is their passion. Displaying their drawings around the house, encouraging them to participate in drawing competitions might keep the curiosity of art a little longer and who knows what might happen as a result.

In the year 2011-2102, the parents of 91% of the homeschooled pupils said that their dissatisfaction with the public school environment was the primary reason for switching their children to home schools, instead.
Homeschooling is a concept fast becoming popular in the U.S., with many families preferring to teach their children at home, instead of sending them to a more formal educational institution. The reasons for this vary―parents wish to be associated more closely with their child’s development, or they feel dissatisfied with the public school system, or they are worried about their child’s safety when at school, or their child has special needs, or even if the child is gifted in music or sport and needs more time to practice that art.
